Who is Yacht Chef John Lemon
I have always been inspired by xzy chef and xyz restaurants. My main influences in cooking have been from chef xyz and chef xyz who I admire because of xyz.
These days I am inspired by xyz and xyz as I really like their take on cooking with natural products and being respectful of nature and regenerative food sources.
When I get the chance to wander off a boat in port, I get inspiration from the local markets and produce. I like to bring this to the table for my guests. etc etc etc
Aside from cooking and dining out, I also love being fit and active. I play basketball, soccer and work out in the gym regularly.
I love the ocean and have my PADI. When I get a chance I like to take a dip in the ocean and explore.
